COVID 19 Outbreak is Very Painful event for the entire world. My Condolences who lost their life in Pandemic. I pray to get everything back to normal life. I have noticed most of the people complaining about not able to breathe properly find hard to breathe. And at the same time, they have a cough or common cold then they consider that they are positive and will die. Let''s get a clear view on this topic. When you feel a shortfall of breath and feels like something terrible thing is going to happen or I might lose My life. This is called a panic attack. Which know as anxiety. This is very common in all human beings. As COVID19 threat has been increased like anything, which increases our worry naturally and leads to excessive thinking that episode and that moment makes you anxious and then symptoms start of shortfall of breathing.
Most of the people's connect these symptoms to COVID19 and get more panic and get more panic attacks. Which is completely wrong. Please go through the below to get a clear idea about Anxiety.
What is Anxiety?
Having occasional emotion is a normal thing in life. However, people with anxiety disorders often have extreme, excessive and continual anxiety and worry about daily situations. Frequently, anxiety disorders require repeated episodes of sudden feelings of extreme emotion and fear or panic that reach the level within hours (anxiety attacks). These feelings of emotion and fear interfere with everyday actions, are difficult to control, are out of proportion to the real cause and may live a long time. You may avoid situations or situations to keep these beliefs. Symptoms may begin during childhood or those adolescent years and go into adulthood.
This uneasy thought before an important time event or within the difficult situation is the physical response of the first 'fight-or-flight' response. It may even be crucial to life -anxiety about being struck by the car when crossing the street, for instance, means that the person would instinctively see both ways to avoid danger. Anxiety disorder: Short or unexpected attacks of extreme terror and fear characterize anxiety disorder. This attempt may lead to shaking, embarrassment, dizziness, sickness, and breathing difficulties. Panic attacks tend to happen and increase quickly, peaking after 10 hours. However, the panic attack might last for minutes.
Tension and anxiety are psychological health circumstances at which people suffer from the inability to relax or deal with the difficulty of living. Tension and anxiety may be detrimental to the body. Excessive disturbing, feelings of tension and emotion will release the stress hormone cortisol. This may cause physical sickness, e.g., the headache, a feeling of sickness, growth or decrease in appetite, and other physical symptoms. It also will lead in the person coping in bad ways, e.g., smoking, excessive drinking, and drug usage, and bad hygiene and eating habits. Since time can be stressful and worrying cannot entirely go out, learning to deal with stress and anxiety in good ways will be beneficial to the physical and mental state.
