Do not get panic in any circumstances I repeat do not get panic. When you feel so just start taking deep breaths and focus on the situation. Understand the priorities. Make a plan of action keeping priorities in mind.

2. Unable to pass time then use interval trick. Out of 24hrs people use 17-18 hrs for time pass in multiple manners and 6-7 hrs gives for rest.  Now 17 hrs plan goes like this--- 3 hrs for Household work. Left 14hrs now out of 14 hrs spending on mobile which is not good. Give an interval to every activity. Like use mobile for 30-50 mins then take rest or watch Television. Do some breathing exercises take good food rest and again come back to your work. This process will break down the dependencies on mobile and this will help you to realize the situation and keeps you aware all the time. Will take a week to get into practice but you will find due to this your productivity has been grown exponentially and improved.

3. Find out your online pending work not offline. List up those and start working. Improve your skill on social media this is the right time to test how deep you are into the digital world. Spread and discuss good thing which brings positivity in the community. Get in touch with oldies which was not possible during your busy work schedule. Established good contact and refresh the old one.
Corona Virus is very lethal nowadays. Just follow authorities instructions do not bypass. There is some people's think they are superhumans but this might lead to a major outbreak of the virus. Please spread awareness as much as you can through call, msg, mails. Do not interfere in such activity where physical involvement is there. This is a matter of a few days. Every dark night morning comes to keep this in mind and pray for positive things. So, the guy's  I hope all the above stuff will help you during the lockdown.
