2. Unable to pass time then use interval trick. Out of 24hrs people use 17-18 hrs for time pass in multiple manners and 6-7 hrs gives for rest.  Now 17 hrs plan goes like this--- 3 hrs for Household work. Left 14hrs now out of 14 hrs spending on mobile which is not good. Give an interval to every activity. Like use mobile for 30-50 mins then take rest or watch Television. Do some breathing exercises take good food rest and again come back to your work. This process will break down the dependencies on mobile and this will help you to realize the situation and keeps you aware all the time. Will take a week to get into practice but you will find due to this your productivity has been grown exponentially and improved.

3. Find out your online pending work not offline. List up those and start working. Improve your skill on social media this is the right time to test how deep you are into the digital world. Spread and discuss good thing which brings positivity in the community. Get in touch with oldies which was not possible during your busy work schedule. Established good contact and refresh the old one.
Corona Virus is very lethal nowadays. Just follow authorities instructions do not bypass. There is some people's think they are superhumans but this might lead to a major outbreak of the virus. Please spread awareness as much as you can through call, msg, mails. Do not interfere in such activity where physical involvement is there. This is a matter of a few days. Every dark night morning comes to keep this in mind and pray for positive things. So, the guy's  I hope all the above stuff will help you during the lockdown.

दुनिया मे छाये केहर से हर कोई वाकिफ़ है। हम बात कर रहें है एक जान लेवा बीमारी की जो कोरोना (Corona) वायरस के नाम से जाना जाता है. इस का वैज्ञानिक नाम है कोविड19 (covid19). ये वायरस चीन में वुहान प्रांत से पनपा है। इस वायरस की दस्तक को दिसम्बर 2019 के महीने में वर्ल्ड हेल्थ आर्गेनाइजेशन द्वारा दुनिया को बताया गया. इसमे अब तक जो जाने गयी है वो 20 हजार को पार कर चुकी है और अभी भी इसका संक्रमण तेजी से फैल रहा है. वर्ल्ड हेल्थ आर्गेनाइजेशन द्वारा रेड अलर्ट जारी कर दिया गया था दिसम्बर 2019 में. इसका कोई भी ठोस इलाज अभी तक नही मिला. सारी दुनिया इस वायरस के इलाज पे युद्ध स्तर पर काम कर रही है।

अभी फिलहाल जो विकल्प है इस वायरस से बचने का वो है --

1. नियमित दूरी बनाए रखना.
2. सोशल डिस्टनसिंग.
3. मास्क और सैनिटाइजर का उपयोग.
4. आइसोलेशन .
5. लक्षण को पहचान जे जल्द चिकित्सा मदद लेना.

यह बीमारी का संक्रमण इंसान से इंसान ने जल्दी फैलता है। इससे बचने के लिए अधिकतम देशों ने लॉक डाउन कर दिया। लॉक डाउन एक कर्फ्यू है जिसमे कोई भी घर से बाहर नही निकल सकता है।
इस लॉक डाउन की प्रक्रिया से संक्रमण होने वाली चैन को तोडा जाता है जिससे ये ज्यादा न फैल सके.

1. खांसी आना
2. तेज बुखार
3. दिखाई न देना
4. छींक आना
5. नाक बेहन

इसमे में से अगर 6 के 6 लक्षण दिखयी दे तो तुरंत डॉक्टर को दिखाए.
अगर इसने से दो या तीन लक्षण दिखयी दे तोह गबराईगा नही. डॉक्टर से सलाह और मशवरा करे।
इस घड़ी में संयम और सतर्कता रखें. 
सरकार द्वारा जारी किए आदेशों का पालन करें और अपना सहकार्य दिखाएं.

This is Just because of Dangerous Virus Corona COVID19. According to WHO (World Health Organization) Reports Corona COVID19 is about to get into Phase 3. Prime Minister Appreciated Janta Curfew Support by people. Also disappointed with few people's who are taking this very lightly risking own life as well as others. While Addressing to nation PM said Corona Virus Covid19 when detected it took 65 days to touch 1 lakh figure of infected cases and death's. And in next 15 days more 1 lakh people's get affected. The speed of spreading is more than what they thought. PM said countries like USA (America), Italy having worlds best medical support system still they unable to control the Virus just because they act very late. There is no confirmed treatment is available as of now and in such cases this virus is becoming very dangerous. There is only one way to tackle this situation is Maintaining social distance by keeping entire country Lock down. No one should step out side home for next 21 Days. No meeting allowed this applies to Prime Minister. This is very crucial time every one should follow the instructions given by government.This is the time will decide our future.

For avoiding shortfall of medic personal,  backup has been created. All Homegaurds, Anganwadi teacher and more people's being under training for Handling Corona Virus COVID 19 affected patient's. Medical equipment has been arranged. PPE personal protective Equipment's being kept in ample amount. Daily necessary ration which is required for public is being taken care. There will be financial losses but this losses is more valuable than life.
15 Thousand crore bell package is being issued by Government. Request by PM Avoid rumors which creates panic situation. This is the time to stand together and fight this Crucial situation. ​​
